WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY ACT, 1926. WIRELESS TELEGRAPHY (EXPERIMENTER'S LICENCE) (AMENDMENT) (No. 1) REGULATIONS, 1951.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1926 (No. 45 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby by this Order make the following Regulations, that is to say :—

1. (a) This Order and the Regulations hereby made may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Experimenter's Licence) (Amendment) (No. 1) Regulations, 1951.

(b) This Order and Regulations hereby made shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 1951.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to these Regulations.

3. Regulation 5 of the Wireless Telegraphy (Experimenter's Licence) Regulations, 1937, is hereby amended by the deletion of paragraphs (a), (d) and (f) thereof and the substitution of the following paragraph in lieu of paragraph (a) that is to say :—

(a) be made in writing in the form supplied by the Minister.

4. Paragraph (e) of Regulation 5 shall be re-headed (d).
