S.I. No. 135/1951 - Dáil Elections (Polling Cards) Order, 1951.


The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 65 of the Electoral Act, 1923 (No. 12 of 1923) and by section 4 of the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1946 , (No. 31 of 1946) hereby orders as follows :—

1. The form set out in the Schedule hereto shall be the prescribed form of polling card for a Dáil election.

2. This Order may be cited as the Dáil Elections (Polling Cards) Order, 1951.
