CARRIAGE OF SUGAR BEET ORDER, 1950 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1951.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 , (No. 22 of 1946) and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Sugar Beet Order, 1950 (Revocation) Order, 1951.

2.—(1) The Carriage of Sugar Beet Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 310 of 1950 ) is hereby revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 8th day of February, 1951.
