DONEGAL COUNTY COUNCIL (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by sub-section (7) of Section 33 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders as follows :—

1. The District Electoral Division of Inishkeel, and the parts of the District Electoral Divisions of Glengesh and Mulmosog which immediately before the commencement of this Order are in the County Electoral Area of Donegal shall cease to form part of the County Electoral Area of Donegal and shall be added to and henceforth form part of the County Electoral Area of Glenties and the Schedule to the Donegal County Council (Amendment) Order, 1945, shall be amended accordingly.

2. This Order may be cited as the Donegal County Council (Amendment) Order, 1950.

3. This Order and the Donegal County Council Orders, 1942 and 1945, shall be read as one and may be cited collectively as the Donegal County Council Orders, 1942 to 1950.
