DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION No. 132) ORDER, 1950.

I, SEÁN MAC EOIN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 132) Order, 1950.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1950.

2.—The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3.—The place for holding the District Court for the purposes of cases of summary jurisdiction in the District Court area of Tomgraney, in the County of Clare, shall be Scariff.
