AN ACT TO CONTINUE THE CUSTOMS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1945 , IN FORCE UNTIL THE 31st DAY OF MARCH, 1955. [7th March, 1950.] |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

Continuance of Act of 1945. |
1.—(1) The Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (No. 14 of 1945), shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1955, and shall then expire. |
|||||||
|
(2) Subsection (2) of section 14 of the Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 , is hereby repealed. |

|
Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Customs (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1945 (Continuance) Act, 1950. |
