GENERAL DRAPERY AND FOOTWEAR SHOPS (HOURS OF TRADING ON WEEKDAYS) (CASTLEREA) ORDER, 1948 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1949.

The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (3) of section 25 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), and after due compliance with sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act, hereby orders as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the General Drapery and Footwear Shops (Hours of Trading on weekdays) (Castlerea) Order, 1948 (Amendment) Order, 1949 :

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 15th day of August, 1949 :

2. The General Drapery and Footwear Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) (Castlerea) Order, 1948 (S. I., No. 309 of 1948), is hereby amended by the substitution for Article 2 of the following—

" 2. The area composed of the townlands of Arm, Castlerea, Demesne and Knockroe in the district electoral division of Castlerea shall be a trading area for the purposes of this Order."
