I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 456 of 1941), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of
Section 5
of the
Control of Imports Act, 1934
) (Nos. 8, 11, 15, 16 and 18) Orders (Amendment) Order, 1949.
2. Each Order mentioned in the third column of the Schedule hereto is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures " the 31st day of December, 1949 " for the words and figures " the 30th day of June, 1949," where the latter words and figures occur in each Order.
