INFECTIOUS DISEASES (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) REGULATIONS, 1949.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) hereby makes the following Regulations :—

1 Definition.

1. In these Regulations, the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Infectious Diseases Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 99 of 1948 ).

2 Temporary Amendment of Second Schedule of the Principal Regulations.

2. Until these Regulations are revoked, the Second Schedule of the Principal Regulations shall be construed as if the word " Chicken-pox " were included therein below the words " Cerebrospinal fever ".

3 Citation.

3. These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Temporary Provisions) Regulations, 1949.
