MINISTER FOR EXTERNAL AFFAIRS (AGENCY) (No. 1) ORDER, 1949.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for External Affairs (Agency) (No. 1) Order, 1949.

2. NOEL C. BROWNE, Minister for Health, is hereby nominated to execute, during the period commencing on the 2nd day of April, 1949, and ending on the 30th day of April, 1949, (being a period during which SEÁN MacBRIDE, Minister for External Affairs, will be unable to discharge the duties of his office), the office of Minister for External Affairs.
