EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 323) ORDER, 1944 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1949.

The Government, in exercise of the Powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22. of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 323) Order, 1944 (Revocation) Order, 1949.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 17th day of January, 1949.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 323) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 148 of 1944), is hereby revoked.
