Construction of Fisheries (Oyster, Crab and Lobster) Act, 1877.

45.—The Fisheries (Oyster, Crab and Lobster) Act, 1877, shall be construed as one with the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1944, the Act of 1949 and this Act.
