PHARMACEUTICAL SOCIETY REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (No. 4), 1948.

RESOLUTION PASSED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL SOCIETY OF IRELAND ON THE 12TH OCTOBER, 1948, AMENDING THE REGULATIONS OF THE SOCIETY.

Proposed by : GERALD O'NEILL.

Seconded by : F. X. MEAGHER.

Amend Preliminary Regulations (Order of 26th June, 1944), Page 67 of Book of Acts and Regulations by adding to Paragraph (a):

" When the candidate is a national of a foreign country, the Council at its discretion may accept a Certificate without Irish provided such Certificate is of a standard equivalent to the Matriculation Certificate of the National University of Ireland ; and provided always that the candidate is a national of a country where the Licence Examination of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland is recognised."

We hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution passed by the Council of the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland at a Meeting of the said Council on the 12th day of October, 1948.
