DUBLIN PUBLIC ASSISTANCE AUTHORITIES (CONSTITUTION) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by section 9 of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939) by this his Order appoints as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Public Assistance Authorities (Constitution) Order, 1948.

2. The Balrothery Board of Assistance shall consist of eleven persons.

3. The Dublin Board of Assistance shall consist of eleven persons eight of whom shall be elected by the Right Honourable the Lord Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Dublin and three of whom shall be elected by the Council of the County of Dublin.

4. The Rathdown Board of Assistance shall consist of eleven persons.
