BRAY URBAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (TRANSFER OF INSTITUTION) ORDER, 1948.

WHEREAS by the Health Act, 1947 (Date of Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1948, the Minister for Health (hereinafter called " the Minister ") fixed the 1st day of April, 1948 (hereinafter called " the appointed day ") for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Health Act, 1947 , which repeal the Notification of Births (Extension) Act, 1915 :

AND WHEREAS on the appointed day an institution situate at Quinsboro' Terrace, Bray, was maintained by the Council of the Urban District of Bray for the purpose of powers and duties imposed on them by or under the said Notification of Births (Extension) Act, 1915 :

NOW THEREFORE the Minister in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 15 of the Health Act, 1947 , hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Bray Urban District Council (Transfer of Institution) Order, 1948.

2. All the estate, right, title and interest of the Council of the Urban District of Bray in the premises at Quinsboro' Terrace, Bray, demised for the term of 99 years from the 25th day of March, 1932, at the yearly rent of forty-five pounds by Indenture of Lease dated the 7th day of July, 1932, made between Alexander Rochford Jackson and others of the first part, Lucius Eiffe and Alexander Rochford Jackson of the second part and Patrick J. Meghen of the third part are hereby transferred to and shall vest in the Council of the County of Wicklow.
