EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 118) ORDER, 1941 (SUSPENSION OF SECTION 5 OF THE CONTROL OF IMPORTS ACT, 1934) (NO. 14) ORDER, 1942 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 456 of 1941), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (No. 14) Order, 1942 (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (No. 14) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 361 of 1942), as amended by Emergency Powers (No. 118) Order, 1941 (Suspension of Section 5 of the Control of Imports Act, 1934 ) (Nos. 8, 11, 12, 14 to 16 and 18) Orders (Amendment) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 409 of 1947), is hereby amended by the substitution of the words and figures " the 29th day of February, 1948 " for the words and figures " the 30th day of June, 1948 " where the latter words and figures occur in that Order.
