DEFINITION No. D. 141. No. 141 OR LETTERKENNY DISTRICT.

TIDAL AND FRESHWATER BOUNDARY OF THE RIVER LENNAN.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers exercisable by me under the Fisheries Acts, 1842 to 1944, and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby define and mark out the boundary between the tidal and freshwater portions of the River Lennan in the No. 141 or Letterkenny District to be a straight line drawn across the said river at right angles to its course 250 yards upstream of the upstream face of the bridge nearest the sea over the said river in the townlands of Rathmelton, Ballyboe and Rossreagh.
