RENT RESTRICTIONS ACT, 1946 (VALUATION FEE) REGULATIONS, 1947.

I, PROINNSIAS MAC AODHAGAIN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 49 of the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 (No. 4 of 1946), and after consultation with the Minister for Justice, do hereby make the following regulations :—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 (Valuation Fee) Regulations, 1947.

2. The fee to be paid to the Commissioner of Valuation and Boundary Surveyor for an apportionment of the rateable valuation of property under sub-section (1) of section 49 of the Rent Restrictions Act, 1946 (No. 4 of 1946), shall be twenty-five shillings.
