NATIONAL HEALTH INSURANCE (REMUNERATION LIMIT FOR INSURANCE) ORDER, 1947.

The Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 19 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1947 (No. 9 of 1947) hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Insurance (Remuneration Limit for Insurance) Order, 1947.

2. The 7th day of April, 1947, is hereby fixed as the day on which Section 19 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1947 , shall come into operation.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Social Welfare this first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven.
