CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) REGULATIONS, 1947.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in excercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, the Minister for Justice, the Minister for Health and the the Minister for Agulticure, testified by their official seals affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1947.

2. The laws referred to in the Schedule hereto shall extend to the Customs-free airport.

SCHEDULE.

1. The Diseases of Animals (Ireland) Acts, 1894 to 1945.

2. The Destructive Insects and Pests Acts, 1877 to 1929.

3. The Dangerous Drugs Act, 1934 (No. 1 of 1934).

4. All instruments made under any of the enactments referred to above.

5. The Importation of Parrots Regulations, 1946 ( S. R. & O. No. 348 of 1946 ).

6. The Smallpox (Importation of Clothing, etc.) (Temporary Regulations) 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 62 of 1927 ).

7. (a) All orders made by the Government in excercise of a power conferred by paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 2 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946).

(b) All orders made by the Government in exercise of a power conferred by paragraph (d) of subsection (2) of section 2 of the Emergency Powers Act, 1939 (No. 28 of 1939), and continued in force by section 3 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 .

(c) All orders made by the Minister for Finance in exercise of a power conferred by an order to which paragraph (a) or paragraph (b) relates.
