MINISTER FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT (AGENCY) ORDER, 1947.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Local Government (Agency) Order, 1947.

2. GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, is hereby nominated to execute, during the period commencing on the 25th day of March, 1947, and ending on the 8th day of April, 1947 (being a period during which SEAN MACENTEE, Minister for Local Government, will be unable to discharge the duties of his said office), the office of Minister for Local Government.
