3.—(1) In subsection (1) of section 3 of the Principal Act, the reference to £40 shall be construed as a reference to that sum increased by thirty per cent.
(2) In subsection (2) of section 3 of the Principal Act, the reference to £30 shall be construed as a reference to that sum increased by thirty per cent.
