Amendment of section 42 of the Principal Act.

8.—Subsection (3) of section 42 of the Principal Act is hereby amended (with effect as from the date of the passing thereof) by the insertion after the words “trust funds” of the words “or in the purchase of any other stock, shares or security in which trustees are for the time being authorised by law to invest trust funds”.
