Interpretation. |
2.—(1) In this Act— |

|
the expression “the Company” means the Company formed in pursuance of section 7 of the Principal Act; |

|
the expression “the Minister” means the Minister for Industry and Commerce; |
||
|
the expression “the Principal Act” means the Industrial Alcohol Act, 1938 (No. 23 of 1938). |
||
|
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Principal Act. |
