HARBOURS ACT (LIVE STOCK MEMBERS) ORDER, 1946.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of section 7 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act (Live Stock Members) Order, 1946.

2. The National Executive of the Irish Live Stock Trade (the registered offices of which are at Prosperity Chambers, 5-7 Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin) is hereby declared to be the organisation of live stock traders which shall appoint the live stock members of each of the harbour authorities specified in the Schedule to this Order.

Cork Harbour Commissioners,

Dublin Port and Docks Board,

Limerick Harbour Commissioners,

Waterford Harbour Commissioners.
