HARBOURS ACT (LABOUR MEMBERS) ORDER, 1946

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (4) of section 7 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act (Labour Members) Order, 1946.

2. The organisation specified in the third column of the Schedule to this Order at any reference number (being an organisation representative of Labour interests) is hereby declared to be the organisation which shall appoint the Labour Members of the harbour authority specified, in the second column of that Schedule, opposite the mention of that organisation.
