1.—In this Act— | |
the expression “the Act of 1887” means the Superannuation Act, 1887, as amended or adapted by or under any subsequent enactment; | ||
the expression “the 1940 Regulations” means the Civil Service (Stabilisation of Bonus) Regulations, 1940 ( S. R. & O., No. 177 of 1940 ). |
