RACING BOARD AND RACECOURSES ACT, 1945 (APOINTMENT OF TRANSFER DATE) ORDER, 1945.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 3 of the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (No. 16 of 1945), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (Appointment of Transfer Date) Order, 1945.

2. The 1st day of August, 1945, is hereby appointed to be the transfer date for the purposes of the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (No. 16 of 1945).
