RACING BOARD AND RACECOURSES ACT, 1945 (APPOINTMENT OF ESTABLISHMENT DATE) ORDER, 1945.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (No. 16 of 1945), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (Appointment of Establishment Date) Order, 1945.

2. The 22nd day of June, 1945, is hereby appointed to be the establishment date for the purposes of the Racing Board and Racecourses Act, 1945 (No. 16 of 1945).
