PURCHASE OF LAND (IRELAND) ACT, 1891 (GUARANTEE FUND APPORTIONMENT) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1945.

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6 of the Purchase of Land (Ireland) Act, 1891, and section 12 of the Land Act, 1923 (No. 42 of 1923), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following regulations :—

1 Short title

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Purchase of Land (Ireland) Act, 1891 (Guarantee Fund Apportionment) (Amendment) Regulations, 1945.

2 Amendment of Purchase of Land, Ireland, Act, 1891 (Guarantee Fund apportionment), Regulations, 1904

2. In the Purchase of Land, Ireland, Act, 1891 (Guarantee Fund apportionment), Regulations. 1904 (S. R. & O. No. 1743 of 1904,) the expression " Local Area " shall include a public assistance district within the meaning of the Public Assistance Act, 1939 (No. 27 of 1939).
