LOCAL ELECTIONS ORDER, 1945.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the power conferred on him by Section 22 of the Electoral Act, 1923 as adapted and applied to elections of members of local authorities by the Local Elections Order, 1942 hereby orders as follows :

1. Every certificate given by a returning officer at an election of members of local authorities under section 22 of the Electoral Act, 1923 as adapted and applied to such elections by the Local Elections Order, 1942 shall be in the form set forth in the Schedule to this Order.

2. This Order may be cited as the Local Elections Order, 1945.

3. This Order and the Local Elections Order, 1942 may be collectively cited as the Local Elections Orders, 1942 to 1945.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health this First day of June, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-five.
