LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MINOR OFFICERS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1944.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 8, section 9, and section 11 and paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) of section 19 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , and in exercise of all other powers in this behalf enabling him hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Minor Officers) (Amendment) Order, 1944.

2. The Local Government (Minor Officers) Order, 1943, shall be amended by the addition to the schedule thereto of the following offices in a District Mental Hospital or Auxiliary Mental Hospital.

Charge Attendant (Male),

Charge Attendant (Female),

Deputy Charge Attendant (Male),

Deputy Charge Attendant (Female),

Attendant (Male),

Attendant (Female).
