PART VII.

Amendment of Road Transport Act, 1933 .

Interpretation of Part VII.

111.—(1) In this Part, the expression “the Act of 1933” means the Road Transport Act, 1933 (No. 8 of 1933), as amended by any subsequent enactment.

(2) This Part shall be construed as one with the Act of 1933.
