Red Cross Act, 1944

President of Ireland to be President of the Irish Red Cross Society.

1.—(1) The President of Ireland shall, by virtue of his office, be President of the Irish Red Cross Society.

(2) Article 7 of the Irish Red Cross Society Order, 1939 (S. R. & O., No. 206 of 1939), is hereby revoked.
