CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (MINIMUM PRICES FOR MILK) ORDER, 1943 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1943.

WHEREAS a determination of the Cork District Milk Board under section 42 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), was communicated to the Minister for Agriculture and has been considered by him :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Minimum Prices for Milk) Order, 1943 (Amendment) Order, 1943.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Cork District Milk Board (Minimum Prices for Milk) Order, 1943 ( S. R. & O. No. 148 of 1943 ), is hereby amended by—

(a) the substitution in paragraph (2) of Article 5 of the word " September " for the word " October ",

(b) the substitution in paragraph (3) of Article 5 of the word " October " for the word " November ",

(c) the substitution in paragraph (2) of Article 6 of the word " September " for the word " October ",

(d) the substitution in paragraph (3) of Article 6 of the word " October " for the word " November ".
