ORDER AMENDING THE LOCAL OFFICES (GAELTACHT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1943.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

The Minister for Local Government and Public Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by sections 14 and 19 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders that the Local Offices (Gaeltacht) (Amendment) Order, 1943, shall be amended by the substitution in sub-article (2) of Article 3 of the said Order for the date " the 31st day of July, 1943 " wherever the said date appears in the said sub-article of the date " the 29th day of February, 1944 ".
