STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1943. No. 255.

MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE AND MINISTER FOR SUPPLIES (AGENCY) ORDER, 1943.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows—

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Industry and Commerce and Minister for Supplies (Agency) Order, 1943.

2. Seán Moylan, Minister for Lands, is hereby nominated to execute, during the period commencing on the 19th day of July, 1943, and ending on the 31st day of July, 1943, (being a period during which Seán F. Lemass, Minister for Industry and Commerce and Minister for Supplies will be unable to discharge the duties of his said offices), the offices of Minister for Industry and Commerce and Minister for Supplies.
