Inspection of creamery premises.

8.—(1) An authorised person may at any reasonable time enter on any creamery premises and inspect such premises and any chattels thereon.

(2) If any person obstructs or interferes with an authorised person exercising any power conferred on an authorised person by this section, such person shall be guilty of an offence under this section and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding five pounds.

(3) In this section the expression “authorised person” means a person appointed by the Company to be an authorised person for the purposes of this section.
