	Disposal of surplus land.	23.—(1) The Minister may at any time dispose in such manner as he shall think proper of any land acquired by him under this Part of this Act which appears to him to be no longer required for the purposes of the new hospital.
		(2) All moneys received by the Minister in respect of the disposal of land under this section shall be paid by the Minister to the Hospitals Trust Board and shall form part of the Hospitals Trust Fund.
