CREAMERY BUTTER (LEVY) (No. 4) ORDER, 1941.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Dairy Produce (Price Stabilisation) Act, 1935 (No. 21 of 1935), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :

1. This Order may be cited as the Creamery Butter (Levy) (No. 4) Order, 1941.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The Creamery Butter (Levy) (No. 3) Order, 1941 ( S. R. & O. No. 409 of 1941 ) is revoked as on and from the 18th day of December, 1941.

4. In this Order—

The expression " butter box " means a 56 lb. box in which creamery butter has been sold.

The expression " butter (wholesale) dealer " means a person who carries on the business of selling creamery butter by wholesale only, but does not include a company which purchases creamery butter mainly for resale to another company any of the shares in which is held by such first-mentioned company or by any person who is a shareholder in such first-mentioned company.

5. The rate of levy on creamery butter packed in butter boxes, which is sold on or after the 18th day of December, 1941, otherwise than to a butter (wholesale) dealer or the proprietor of a creamery, shall be 1/- per cwt.
