DEAD TURKEYS (PACKING FOR EXPORT) REGULATIONS, 1938 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1941.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the Agricultural Produce (Fresh Meat) Act, 1930 (No. 10 of 1930), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order and make the following regulations, that is to say :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dead Turkeys (Packing for Export) Regulations, 1938 (Revocation) Regulations, 1941.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations.

3. The Dead Turkeys (Packing for Export) Regulations, 1938 ( S. R. & O., No. 321 of 1938 ), are hereby revoked as on and from the 17th day of November, 1941.
