STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1941. No. 398.

DUBLIN JOINT DISTRICT (COMMENCEMENT OF PROVISION FOR YEARLY CONTRACTS) ORDER, 1941.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (1) of section 28 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941), that the Minister for Agriculture may, whenever and so often as he thinks fit, make in any year an order declaring that sub-section (3) of that section shall come into force in respect of a joint district on a specified date (being a date subsequent to the making of such order and not later than the 1st day of September in such year):

AND WHEREAS the Dublin Joint District is a joint district within the meaning of the said section 28:

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by sub-section (1) of section 28 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Dublin Joint District (Commencement of Provision for Yearly Contracts) Order, 1941.

2. Sub-section (3) of section 28 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price (Amendment) Act, 1941 (No. 11 of 1941), shall come into force in respect of the Dublin Joint District on the 1st day of September, 1941.
