CONTROL OF IMPORTS (QUOTA No. 15, FOURTEENTH PERIOD) ORDER, 1941.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Control of Imports Acts, 1934 and 1937, and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Control of Imports (Quota No. 15, Fourteenth Period) Order, 1941.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The period beginning on the 1st day of October, 1941, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1942, is hereby appointed to be the fourteenth quota period under the Control of Imports (Quota No. 15) Order, 1935 ( S. R. & O. No. 65 of 1935 ) (which, as amended, relates to certain inner tubes for bicycle or tricycle tyres).

4. A total amounting to eighty thousand articles to which the Control of Imports (Quota No. 15) Order, 1935, as amended, applies shall be the quota in respect of the said fourteenth quota period.
