AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1941.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of tht powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Ac,e 1939 (No. 2 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, with the consent of the Minister for Finance testified by his official seal affixed hereto, do by this Order make the following Regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1941.

2. These Regulations shall be construed as one with the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 to 1941, and may be cited together with those Regulations under that title.

3. In these Regulations—

the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 ( S. R. & O., No. 169 of 1939 ), and

the expression " the Amending Regulations " means the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1940 ( S. R. & O., No. 204 of 1940 ).

4. Article 3 (relating to eggs acquisition fees) of the Principal Regulations is hereby amended by the deletion of the word " threepence, " now contained therein by virtue of the Amending Regulations, and the substitution therefor of the word " twopence. "

5. The Amending Regulations are hereby revoked.

6. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of February, 1941.
