TIDAL AND FRESHWATER BOUNDARY OF THE DAWROS RIVER.

I, SÉAMAS Ó RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in me by the Fisheries Act, 1925 , the Fisheries (Re-distribution of Public Services) Order, 1934, and of every other power enabling me in this behalf, do hereby define and mark out the boundary between the tidal and freshwater portions of the Dawros River in the No. 101 or Ballinakill District to be an imaginary straight line drawn across the said river at right angles to its course, 33 yards west, true, of the seaward face of the southern end of Dawros Old Bridge situated at the junctions of the townlands of Derryherbert, Tooreena and Dawrosmore, all in the County of Galway.
