STATUTORY RULES AND ORDERS. 1940. No. 355.

SHEEP (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ORDER (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1940.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), that the Minister for Agriculture may by Order revoke an Order previously made under the said Section :

AND WHEREAS the Sheep (Regulation of Export) Order, 1940 ( S. R. & O. No. 285 of 1940 ) was made by the Minister for Agriculture under the said section :

NOW, I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (2) of Section 2 of the Agricultural Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1933 (No. 26 of 1933), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Sheep (Regulation of Export) Order (Revocation) Order, 1940.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1st day of December, 1940.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. The Sheep (Regulation of Export) Order, 1940 ( S. R. & O. No. 285 of 1940 ) is hereby revoked.
