DUBLIN HOSPITAL BUREAU ORDER, 1940.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

THE PUBLIC HOSPITALS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1940 .

WHEREAS in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Public Hospitals (Amendment) Act, 1940 (hereinafter referred to as " the Act"), the Hospitals Commission did on the 30th day of October, 1940, resolve to establish and maintain, subject to the consent of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in relation to the hospitals the names of which are set out in the Schedule hereunto annexed, a bureau under and for the purposes of the Act :

AND WHEREAS the Hospitals Commission have made application to the Minister for Local Government and Public Health for his consent to the establishment and maintenance of the proposed bureau :

NOW, I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health, in exercise of the powers vested in me by sub-section (1) of Section 2 of the Act, do hereby consent to the establishment and maintenance by the Hospitals Commission of a bureau under and for the purposes of the Act in relation to the hospitals the names of which are set out in the Schedule hereunto annexed.
