DUBLIN DISTRICT MILK BOARD (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1940.

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (3) of Section 6 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), that the Minister for Agriculture may at any time, at his discretion by order, revoke or amend a milk (joint district) order :

AND WHEREAS the following milk (joint district) order, namely, the Dublin District Milk Board Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 254 of 1936), was made on the 8th day of September, 1936 :

NOW, I SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 6 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1. This order may be cited as the Dublin District Milk Board (Amendment) Order, 1940.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Article 9 of the Dublin District Milk Board Order, 1936 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 254 of 1936), is hereby amended by the substitution of the words " three retailer members, " for the words " two retailer members," now contained therein, and the said Order shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
