AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1940.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do by this Order make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1940.

2. Article 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 (Statutory Rules and Orders, No. 169 of 1939) is hereby amended by the deletion of the word " twopence " and the substitution therefor of the word " threepence."

3. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1940.
