DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927, VARIATION ORDER, No. 69.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows, that is to say :

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927, (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), as varied by the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 43), is hereby varied as follows, viz. :

In column 1 delete the entire paragraph commencing " Julianstown " and ending " 10.30 a.m.", and insert in lieu thereof : " Duleek, Fourth Thursday, 10.30 a.m."

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order, No. 69), and will come into operation on the 9th July, 1940.
